Dictation Options
Bristol has several dictation methods immediately available to our clients. Our technology platform is compatible with both telephone and hand-held dictation devices. Bristol Health can also create custom solutions to meet your needs.
Web Transfer Application
Our Web Transfer Application is designed to transfer reports to your office as they become available. The module also assists in sending dictations from your hand-held devices to our servers. Simply set your device in a cradle and your recordings are backed up on your local computer and then transferred to our transcriptionists.
Custom Reports
Bristol has the ability to customize your reports for each physician, office location, and dictation type. Our transcriptionists maintain your physicians’ templates for SOAP notes, patient letters, referrals, and everything in between. We even support different template formats for different physicians within the same practice. If you don’t maintain soft copies of templates, letterhead, or other documents, our graphics department can help with your customization needs.
Our Server
Our hosted server shares a power grid with one of Orlando’s largest hospitals and has backbone internet connections with three different premier providers. In the event of a power outage, the facility also has battery backups and a dedicated generator capable of providing clean power to our system. This level of redundancy provides our clients with an always on system that will meet the rigors of the medical field. |
